With an immense sense of pride and overwhelming joy, I unveil the website of my organization to all my fellow travelers on this journey called life. I am deeply thankful to each one of you whom I’ve had the honor of meeting. This triumph is not mine alone; it belongs to all of us. Together, we will establish and uphold it based on our shared values of integrity, respect, loyalty, and passion.
At the age of 14, I chose my career path driven by my passion for IT. Little did I know the challenges I would face, from the laborious task of graphic design to the rapidly changing world of technology. Despite the absence of modern tools like AI, Google, and affordable computers, my dedication never wavered.
My perspective shifted when I entered IT university at the age of 16 and realized my passion extended beyond just information systems—it encompassed any system that creates structure, organization, and enhances people’s quality of life.
At 15, I met my first leader in an American company I worked for in South America. She dedicated her time to nurture a young girl who loved computers, horse riding, motorcycles, and nature. Her leadership, albeit unconventional by today’s standards, was transformative for me and the entire team.
Under her guidance, I became a team leader at a remarkably young age and learned the true meaning of leadership. As years passed, I transitioned from a small town to the bustling city, accumulating memories and experiences that shaped my journey.
My first role in the city was as an IT Supervisor, where I cherished working alongside a knowledgeable IT professional and a gifted marketing individual, who designed the very logo you see today. This logo sowed the seed for my dream of creating an organization to help others, driven by genuine values.
Throughout my journey, I encountered extraordinary people who inspired and mentored me across various industries, departments, and fields of studies. Their encouragement led me to pursue my dream of establishing this organization.
This venture was never about amassing followers or maximizing profits for shareholders. It was founded on the noble purpose of assisting individuals and teams in achieving personal and professional success, fostering growth, fostering strong partnerships, and potentially creating more leaders.
We are committed to treating everyone equally, irrespective of their position in the organization, race, gender, religion, or nationality. It won’t be easy, but until then, I will continue to cheer for others.
